Rooms in the Main house have stairs  - ALL rooms are reached via stairs  - the stairs to the 2nd floor is a spiral staircase - not for older people.   We do have 2  "walker"-friendly"studios in the garden

The lapa is available when you book the house (8 rooms) for a family get together - we have braai facilities and a kitchen that can be used (please arange in advance).

We are 1km away from Rolling Waters - mainlty small holdings in the area - no street lights.
